Description
An Arduino board coupled to this shield allows to measure the percentage of oxygen contained in the smoke or air, calculate the lambda and AFR( air-fuel ratio of combustion).
Controlduino-01s01v00 board is the evolution of the Controlduino-01s00v00 board with the following upgrades:
- Integrated bluetooth module.
- Stackable, works without external cables, with arduino Uno and arduino Mega.
- Safe and efficient power supply to the arduino from 12V transformer input or car battery.
- Transient voltage suppressor.
- Reverse polarity protection.
- EMI filter.
- Buck converter to 6.5V.
- Noise reduction in the measurement, if the arduino is powered from the Lambda Shield.
- Better quality components.

Software available for arduino:
- PLSE_1.0.ino: Basic operation to get started. Sends serial data to the arduino IDE.
- PLSE_2.0.ino: Finite state machine controlled wideband lambda probe operating phases. Sends serial data to the arduino IDE.
- PLSE_3.0.ino: Operation controlled by the Smartphone application, communicating via Bluetooth. This application allows you to turn on and off the heating of the wideband lambda sensor and display the data on the smartphone screen.
- PLSE_4.0.ino: Phases of operation of the broadband lambda probe controlled by finite state machine. Sends data to the 1602 LCD display via I2C.
Smartphone App.
Switches the lambda sensor, displays battery voltage, oxygen percentage, lambda and AFR (air-fuel ratio) for different fuels on the smartphone screen. Is available for the following smartphone platforms:
- Android
- IOS(not currently available, available soon)
Required components
- Lambda Shield Controduino 01S01V00.
- Wideband lambda probe connection cable (connector 1813139-1) with Shield (Connector 5557).
- Lambda probe, Bosch LSU4.9 or compatible.
- Power Supply(only one required).
- 12V battery and cable with Jack plug.
- 12V AC/DC adapter.

The programming of this shield is equivalent to that of the 01S00V00 model, soon another one will be available that allows the acquisition and storage of data at a high frequency of 100 samples per second in an enhanced smartphone application.
