1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how the application Controlduino: Lambda tuning (hereinafter, “the App”) handles user information. The App is developed by Jose Manuel Irazu Amelibia,Controlduino(Controlduino.com) (hereinafter, “we” or “us”).
2. Information we do NOT collect
The App has been designed with maximum respect for user privacy. We do not collect or transmit to any server any of the following data:
- Name, email address, or other personal data
- User accounts (the App does not require registration)
- Geographic location of the device
- Images, audio, or video from the device
- Advertising identifiers
- Usage or analytics data (we do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar services)
3. Data processed by the App
The App processes the following data exclusively on the user’s device:
- External sensor data (oxygen, temperature, RPM, and others) received via Bluetooth from the compatible hardware device.
- Configuration and preferences set by the user within the App.
All this data is stored only in the local memory of the user’s device. It is never sent to external servers.
4. iCloud Storage
The device’s operating system may perform automatic backups to iCloud if the user has it configured. This backup is managed directly by Apple and is beyond the control of this App. For more information, please consult Apple’s iCloud privacy policy.
5. System Permissions
The App requests the following system permission:
- Bluetooth: required to communicate with the external hardware device. It is not used for any other purpose.
The App does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, or any other resource on the device.
6. Data sharing with third parties
We do not share any data with third parties, as we do not collect personal information or user data.
7. Use by minors
The App is suitable for all audiences and does not collect information from any user, including minors.
8. Changes to this policy
Any modifications to this policy will be published on this same page. We recommend that users review it periodically.
